We received exceptional communication and service form Lisa Perruzza and Matthew Dickinson form the Place Bulimba Team. While house hunting we found many agents unresponsive and un helpful however we found Lisa and Matthew to be very friendly, accommodating and efficient. They went out of their way to assist us finding a perfect family home. They made the whole process very hassle free. We are very happy and could not recommend the team more highly.

Lisa and I have forged strong relations over the years. Lisa delivers beyond expectations which has lead me to procuring with Place a long term agreement to manage all the rental apartment we have in stock within the group, some 40 units.. Lisa is commitment to client service pre and post procurement.

Elysse supported me during a slightly fraught re-rental of my investment property. Despite some tough prospective tenants and some slightly tricky market conditions, I genuinely came away feeling well looked after, professionally dealt with and very satisfied with the outcome. She communicated thoroughly with me all through the process and responded well to changing circumstances with sensible strategies and options. She has since supported me on a couple of other aspects that aren't her area, while maintaining the same professional standards. Very pleased and would highly recommend.
