Seamless Experience

Place Bulimba were very professional and well organised throughout our experience as a new tenant. The application process and approval was very quick following the property inspection, and once approved any further questions we had about the property before moving in were answered promptly. The team were contactable, responsive and very friendly.

Professional and Dedicated Agency

Lisa is very knowledgeable about the local area and very professional in executing a range of marketing strategies to secure a good tenant for our property within 9 days. Our agents were very flexible in making themselves available at times when potential tenants were available to view our property. We received timely updates about property viewings. Overall, we can highly recommend Place at Bulimba to any landlord seeking a good tenant for their investment property in this area.

Great Experience

Communication so far has been excellent and respectful. Thank you. It was also great to see the voluntary work from Place staff regarding ‘Santa’s Little Helper’.

Professional and FAST!

I gave Lisa the challenge of renting my townhouse out before Christmas - she had wonderful tenants locked in within two weeks and moved in before Christmas Day. The photos looked great and she was always in contact about viewings and feedback. I couldn’t recommend her and the team at Place more highly.
