My husband described Shane as the "least most annoying real estate agent". That might sound like soemthing of a back-handed compliment but it really is high praise indeed. Seriously though Shane was more than helpful during the pre- and post-purchase phases. He was very tolerant of our requests for viewing and information and went out of his way to accommodate us when necessary. He made us feel like nothing was too much trouble.

Carla was super helpful when we purchased our property from her. As we were relocating from Victoria to Queensland she took time to ensure we were comfortable with the purchasing process and with relocating our family to Queensland.
