Paula we thank you so much for going above and beyond with looking after us and the sale of our home. I knew the moment you walked in that we had found the team that we wanted to represent us. You kept us informed and up to date with every step of our selling process.... and gosh it was a quick process. You and your team guided us and made every step sooooo easy and unstressful. We were nervous and worried that it was going to be a long drawn out venture... but working with you was the easiest and best decision we could make. We thank you for your professionalism, but easy friendly advice and of course above all getting us a top price that has enabled our transition into our new beginnings much brighter. I can only highly recommend you and the services that you provide are above any we have experienced in previous property sales. Thank you 🙌🙏

This is the second time in 2 years I have had the pleasure of employing Carla Haddan and the Haddan Team for buying/selling of my property. The sale was acquired after the first open house for the purchase price expected. Very happy with the service from woe to go. Could not recommend more highly if you require a local, professional, friendly Team. Would use again without hesitation. Shirley Broomhall

Shannon went above and beyond what I would have expected from a top class agent. She kept us informed of all progress. Her follow up with prospective buyers was first class. Then the auction results were over $ 200000.00 than what we expected. Exceptional results.

This is our second sale with the Place Agency. We had no hesitation to go with Meagan Muir for the sale of townhouse at Cannon Hill. We were given the same attention and consideration as we were first time. As is Meagan style she kept us informed with the market and her positive attitude and hard work achieve a good result for us. She has 5 out of 5 from us. Thank you Meagan. Mara & Vince.

Refreshing to find an agent that communicates openly and works hard for results. A great team behind the scene too, always helpful.

It was a big decision to sell our home of 12 years and we first meet with Meagan 12 months before we had actually decided to sell. It took us over a year to go to market, but during that time, Meagan patiently guided us and recommended the best course of action for our situation. From day one, she has shown incredible professionalism through her excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the housing market and area and had a genuine interest in getting the best result for our family. Over the course of our time dealing with Meagan, she never failed to deliver with the exact price we wanted making the entire experience enjoyable and exciting as opposed to stressful. We couldn’t be more pleased and grateful to Meagan, she will be our agent for life!
