Meagan is tenacious. She pursued every opportunity to find the right buyer for us. Despite snap lockdowns, and open for inspection restrictions, the campaign continued without a hitch. We can’t recommend Meagan and her team more highly. She knows the local market better than anyone. Job well done.

This was the second time we had used Brenton as our agent to sell our property, we wouldn't have gone anywhere else. He is always professional and completely honest with his appraisal and the expected outcome. Brenton has many years in the industry and has excellent knowledge of the current market. His Sales Assistant, Riah, is courteous and always helpful with any queries and information. We would highly recommend Brenton to sell your property.

I want to thank Shannon and her team for helping us secure a fantastic property for our first investment. She was extremely responsive, helpful and engaged us through out the process proactively. Seriously Shannon is on another level when it comes to real estate agents and hope to be able to buy more through her in the future.

Brenton was very easy to work with, knowledgeable about the crazy housing market we are currently experiencing with covid and overall just really helpful. Made the process super easy and we will definitely be contacting him for our future housing needs!

I have recently sold with Carla so enlisted her assistance again with this trickier property. Whilst it did not sell at auction (it came close) her diligence in continuing to show resulted in an excellent post auction outcome close to the price we had set as our goal. Her professionalism and persistence is admirable and I would certainly list for a third time with her!

Rachel guided us through an unfamiliar process with great communication skills, respect and of course patients. We felt completely comfortable with her strategies, awareness of the market and commitment to our campaign, it was brilliant and skilful. A great result achieved. A sincere thanks to you, Rachel and also to your team.

We have known Shannon for 15 years and in that time she has sold 2 houses for us and has assisted us in the process of buying 2 houses. Her local knowledge is incredible and there is nothing she couldn’t help us with. From organising a variety of services to helping us donate goods to local businesses she could not have been more instrumental in assisting us with our real estate goals. A true professional Shannon is a lovely person who thrives on forming lasting relationships with her clients.

Joanna and her team were brilliant. We were very clear with our expectations and the team exceeded them in every way. She came with a clear plan to sell our property and implemented it meticulously. From the preparations, to the open homes and finally to the auction, everything went smoothly and efficiently with the end result being more than we ever hoped for. We will absolutely be engaging Joanna and team next time we are looking to sell.
