As a buyer of one of Shannon's properties, I found her great to deal with. She did everything in her power to ensure a sale went ahead even when our price expectation was quite different from the seller. I would highly recommend using Shannon as an agent as her knowledge and willingness to smooth out any issues during the process.

Shannon listens to what people are looking for, isn’t pushy and lets people do what they feel comfortable with. She gets to know people and develops a friendship and trust. There is no pressure and you feel like you are in control.

I highly recommend Darcy and his team. Darcy and Annabelle obtained top dollar for my property and were extremely professional (and yet caring at the same time) in all their dealings. Their strong negotiation skills and Darcy's knowledge on building matters helped to get the sale over the line, where I'm sure other agents would have stumbled. Thank you again Darcy and Annabelle for a job well done!

Our experience with Paula was very positive, from the beginning she asked us the right questions to understand exactly what we were after and didn’t waste our time. It’s refreshing when u find an agent that listens to the buyers needs and has a great knowledge of the market and what’s on offer and what’s coming up. Would highly recommend Paula Pearce.

Dealing with Paula and her team was effortless. It felt refreshing dealing with an agent who was upfront and honest. Paula made me feel like she was doing right not only for the seller but also for myself, the buyer, which made me confident with the sale. I couldn’t recommend Paula and her team enough and would definitely seek to have Paula in my next purchase/sale.

After interviewing several agents I found Paula. She was a clear standout once we had spoken for the first time. Paula is efficient, organised, honest and knowledgable about her product. She is a talented negotiator that buyers can trust. We were kept updated every step of the way despite being interstate. The result she achieved was outstanding. Thank you Paula and team!
