We recently sold a property in Camp Hill through Place with Paula as the agent. I couldn't recommend her more highly - easy to deal with, no bs, kept us informed, dealt with a difficult situation and delivered a great outcome for all concerned. Thanks Paula!

The team was always available to answer questions or queries, and were timely in getting back to me. Made buying my first property as hassle-free as it could be!

We interviewed 2 Agents and we appointed Paula due to her obvious passion and her understanding of the local market. We also received favourable referrals about Paula from others who had previous experience in dealing with Paula. Paula provided us with clear advice and guidance on what we needed to do to prepare our home for sale and how best to take the property to market. She also had a solid list of potential buyers from her network of contacts. We had an unconditional offer within 8 days of listing the property and were extremely happy with the outcome.

Shannon was a pleasure to deal with at a very stressful time. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Shannon to anyone, buying or selling. She was always available, honest and true to herself. I met a lot of agents during our buying and selling process and all of them hold Shannon in high regard. She is a testament to the industry and still makes herself available months after our purchase.

Many thanks for your assistance in the recent sale of our house. You conducted yourself with integrity and diligence whilst maintaining a friendly and calming disposition towards anxious vendors! You were prepared to listen to our ideas and think laterally to come up with strategies to expedite the sale. We were impressed with your commitment and work ethic to make it all happen. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to others.

Having dealt with James Curtain and Brenton Faehrmann a number of times, I have found the team to be a complete service real estate agent. Available at all times. Nothing is ever a problem. Always available for meetings. Proactive in every respect. I have no hesitation in recommending James and Brenton to anybody wanting to buy or sell real estate. Thank you Kames and Brenton

Given that we had owned the home for 35 years we took our time to research the best agent for finally selling the home. There were some very well known big brands in this mix but the team at Place Estate Agents (Brenton Faehrmann - Bulimba and James Curtain - Woolloongabba ) were by far the stand out agents for our family. They shone in every sector of the process (Brief, preperation, open house feedback, communication, negotiation and of course the result) was definitely the best that I have every had in all my years of buying and selling property. Respectful at all times to our sensitivities, privacy and while an exhausting process their team was without fault. The marketing was sensational and will be retained as a fitting parting memory of our lovely home. I highly reccommend Brenton and James. Thank you again for allowing both our family and the new owners a new chapter start.

We would not hesitate to recommend Carla Haddan to others who are purchasing in the inner south-eastern suburbs of Brisbane. She demonstrated a deep knowledge of the local market and was honest and upfront with us from the word, go! Carla is genuine and authentic in her dealings with her clients and we would not hesitate to engage with her in the future.
