Start to finish Shane and his team were professional and knowledgeable. Attention to detail and thoroughness of Team Hicks was impressive. This particular sale was signed late at night xmas eve after weeks of solid negotiation. Im sure many agents would have parked the negotiations until after the festivities but Shane put in above and beyond to get the contract signed out of hours. I have sold with Shane on several occasions and am always impressed with his ability to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Initially our experience was positive and we were very happy however certain things have been discovered relating to the conduct of the auction that have left us very disappointed with the process.
