Shane and the Hicks team helped us with every aspect of our purchase. We bought our house sight unseen from the UK. Shane took a video, walked us through the house manually, and even provided us with a conveyancer and a mortgage broker. We found him to be diligent, efficient and honest . We have no hesitation providing a recommendation.

Brenton kept the lines of communication open during both the process of selling our family home and buying our new one. Nothing was too much trouble and he had our trust as the agent who would do whatever he could to make sure both outcomes were successful for us. He is also a genuinely good guy. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who is buying or selling property.

Shannon made the buying process very seamless! From the initial phone call to the contract and after sales service, I was truly impressed with her service. Sometimes when you are a purchaser you don’t get great service so for me Shannon was a standout. I would highly recommend Shannon.

Paula and her team made the purchase of our new home a breeze. She provided us with all of the information and documents prior to auction and explained very clearly how everything would work on the day. Highly recommended agent with great knowledge of the local area.

Brenton and his team were a pleasure to deal with. As a buyer we wanted to deal with someone who was responsive, understood the market and was able to facilitate fast negotiation between buyer and seller. Brenton was exactly that - he was exceptionally responsive and conducted himself in a professional manner throughout the process. At the end of it all, I am sure he had a happy seller and we got to move into our dream house. I'd recommend Brenton and his team to anyone looking to sell in the Carindale area.
