This is our second property sale with Carla as our agent. We asked Carla to be our agent again as her professional approach, and her level and ease of communication with us made the whole experience far less stressful. Thank you Carla.

Carla had us at hello ;-) Her professionalism, excellent market knowledge, credibility and outstanding communication and negotiation skills had impressed us as soon as we’ve met. Her dependability never failed, pre and post purchase of our house. She ensured the house was presented to us in an immaculate state, and that nothing was missed, following up with maintenance workers, coordinating meetings and ensuring the purchase process is as smooth as possible. Indeed an excellent agent to work with! We feel very lucky that she was the agent selling the house we bought and we would be delighted for the opportunity to work with Carla in the future.

A lot of hard work went in and we got the result.

Brenton has been brilliant to work with. He found a fantastic house for us and all through the negotiations he showed integrity and honesty; he was always responsive to any queries we had and looked after us, the buyers, equally as well as the sellers. (We compared notes:))We would have no hesitation at all in recommending Brenton and his team to anyone needing assistance with anything to do with real estate. We have to also mention that Brenton’s assistant, Morgan, was friendly and efficient in her responsiveness and help - nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you to both of you.

Rachel is a fantastic agent. She is professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we felt confident entrusting the sale of our house to her. As soon as we met Rachel we knew she was the right agent to sell our home. Her warm, engaging manner and experience easily won us over, including our kids! We knew she would welcome visitors to our home with her friendly smile and make them feel at ease. Rachel went above and beyond what was required, including helping to explore renovation options before we found a new property. Once we had that decided, she was able to advise what we needed to do to get our place ready for sale and also advised on auction strategy for our new home. After putting our property up for sale, Rachel negotiated a fantastic offer and sold our place in just 7 days! She saved us a lot of stress with excellent communication and calming guidance throughout. Her ability to negotiate and work with a difficult neighbour was also very impressive. Just a fantastic experience on both sides of the equation. We highly recommend Rachel Fechner if you are thinking of selling your home.

It was a breath of fresh air to deal with Brenton and Morgan. In an extremely competitive industry which at times can be discouraging for buyers, it was nice to receive open communication. They gave honest feedback at all time and were extremely responsive throughout the negotiation process. We would definitely recommend engaging Brenton and his team for any real estate services.

I was hoping to find a reliable and honest agent. I stumbled across Brenton at an open home and instantly felt he was genuine. So I engaged his services to sell my property and he did exactly that and with an outstanding result. I would highly recommend Brenton and his team.

We engaged Meagan after discussing the sale of the family home of nearly 70 years with a few agents. We felt that Meagan was the right agent for us because she took the time to listen and understand our situation, and made the whole process stress free. She explained our options clearly, and communicated with us what was planned and what was happening along the way. Selling the family home that our Dad built in 1950 was emotional, Meagan understood this and in the end helped us achieve a great outcome.

Paula was very easy to deal with. Getting in contact with her at short notice was always possible, which allowed negotiations to progress as quickly as possible. Throughout the purchase process, including post settlement, she was always very reasonable and stuck to her word.
