I have known Joanna for a very long time (over 11 years) having bought the property through Place. During this time Joanna has consistently kept me updated on what is happening in the market. Joanna is a consummate professional. Joanna also has a personality that is approachable which gives her the insights into her clients requirements enabling her to be able to communicate effectively at all levels...no question is too minor. With the recent sale of my property Joanna organised her team to manage the co-ordination of all contractors in preparing the property for sale. This alleviated an enormous amount of stress being that that I live interstate. Joanna worked tirelessly to secure the sale - both for myself and the buyer - a win win for all. Joanna it has been a pleasure to work with you in selling my property. Thank you Kathryn

Paula is highly professional and works hard to get both the buyer and seller a result . I have both bought and sold through Paula and was impressed with how her team conducted themselves. Negotiation is where Paula's strengths are a lot of the time there may be a buyer who really wants the property and a seller who is keen to sell but somehow negotiations just don't get there and the sale might fall through the cracks. Not with Paula at the pointy end of the deal is where she thrives and somehow brings the buyer and seller to a point where all parties are happy and the contract is signed! This is what a good agent should do in my opinion and Paula excels in this area. I would highly reccomend Paula and her team.

We have had the pleasure of dealing with Darcy Lord as both buyers and sellers of 5 Martock Street, Camp Hill. The selling process was seamless due to Darcy’s exceptional communication skills and demonstrated experience in the industry. He was proactive every step of the way and delivered on his promises. His work ethic is relentless as Darcy made himself available 24/7 which was evident one evening at 11pm during negotiations! We highly recommend Darcy to anyone who wishes to achieve the best result as either a buyer or seller.

In short Shannon was fantastic in selling our house for us. We wanted our house sold quickly and for the right price. Shannon listened to what we wanted, used her huge network to create demand for our property and helped us to negotiate the best deal for us in rapid time. Her relationship building skills with both buyers and sellers combined with her experience and knowledge of the local market makes her an agent of choice and a pleasure to work with. Thanks Shannon!

We first decided to use Phil because of his market knowledge and upfront, honest and personable personality. Throughout the sale of our house, his communication was fantastic; he was realistic and made the process easy. We loved that he isn’t the typical Real Estate agent and was upfront and honest the entire time. We’re looking forward to working with Phil again in the near future.
