I found Tammy to be extremely professional and helpful during the purchase of my new property in morningside. She kept me well informed throughout the whole process and made herself available with any concerns or questions I had about purchasing my first home. Thank you so much Tammy

Shane and The Hicks Team were very organised and did everything they said they were going to do and more! I was kept updated after every open home and received a full written report every week so that I felt fully informed to make the right decision. This is the third home that Shane has sold for us and we are very pleased to be using him and the team again

This is the fourth home that Shane and his team have sold for us. Once again the service and communication has been excellent and the end result outstanding. If you are selling a home in this area, you really should use Shane and his team

I have had many dealings with Shannon over the years, and can't recommend her enough. She smashes the stereotype of real estate agents - emanating a friendly and genuine persona, whilst providing a comprehensive service that takes all the stress out of selling (and indeed buying) a property. Shannon will most definitely be my first call if we ever plan to buy or sell another property in the Brisbane's inner eastern suburbs, and I will continue to recommend her to friends and family looking to do the same.

It was a pleasure to work with Tammy as she kept in regular and clear communication. She was energetic and managed to get a high volume of interested people to view the house within a short time. Her advice was timely and helpful. Tammy was personable and professional and I appreciated and trusted her. I recommend Tammy for anyone contemplating a real estate transaction.

Tammy helped my partner and I whilst buying our first property. Despite delays from our side she was very helpful and patient as well as always being contactable. I always felt she wanted the best outcome for us. Highly recommend.

We met Darcy 5 years ago when we bought our first home in Brisbane. We kept in touch throughout our renovation and extension. Darcy came over numerous times to give us advice and regular market appraisals, so it was an easy decision to make that Darcy would sell our home. Darcy was motivated, enthusiastic and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. He worked Sundays and many nights to get us the result we wanted. We are happy to recommend Darcy and his team!

we went through a difficult negotiation with extension after extension due to finance approval and other things. At all time Megan was extremely helpful and understanding. I would certainly recommend Megan to anyone trying to buy or sell property in this area.
