My wife and I found the process of purchasing our first home a straight forward and relatively stress-free event with the help of Shannon. We found her incredibly friendly, easy to contact and interact with, knowledgeable on the housing market in the area, and very flexible in arranging extra viewings of the property and promptly fed back all correspondence with the property owners. Furthermore, once an offer had been accepted Shannon continued to be regularly in communication and introduced us to 'essential contacts' within the area such as electricians, plumbers, etc... should the need ever arise.
