Shane patiently waited while we renovated the property. When it was finished, he advised the best way to market the property and the ideal time frame. Shane and his team were magnificent. They sent stats and feedback from potential purchasers regularly. They held open houses at different times of day and on different days to cater to a wide range of buyers.
