Damian and Sarah worked extremely hard to secure me an excellent result which was $300K higher than what the previous agent could achieve. Their knowledge and expertise became quickly apparent. They remained confident throughout the whole process and I was guided and instructed in a very professional manner. Many Thanks to them both. I would certainly recommend them most highly!

Paula was great in negotiating a mutually satisfactory outcome when we were buying our first home in Australia. She often went above and beyond her remit to help us. I would definitely recommend her to vendors.

As a local buyer's agent, we deal with a number of agents in the industry. We have purchased a number of properties with Paula for happy clients and have always found her to be highly professional and a great communicator. She has an in-depth knowledge of the property market in the area in which she operates and her team is always a pleasure to deal with.

Darcy Lord in my opinion is like Ali to the world of boxing, the super heavyweight agent of agents. As no detail and I mean no detail was overlooked, from the great music played through open homes that made people feel at home whilst admiring a potential future home to the absolute on point professionalism with buyers, our experience with him and his team was nothing short of absolute brilliance. Great campaign catch ups, always good for a laugh and most importantly Darcy made us feel comfortable and informed every step of the way without a doubt! He basically had us at "hello Darcy speaking " haha! I think his charm and integrity had us all captivated from the get go. I guess the best thing about him was he just didn't really seem like our agent but more like our friend which I feel was a comforting factor. Selling without Darcy would be like growing up without Nintendo, Just wouldn't feel right! So for sure, an overall top bloke great at his job and I think if you're in the market for selling property the question you need to ask yourself is why aren't you using Darcy lord (lead agent Place Bulimba) Jon/Cristie 3 Chorlton street East Brisbane

Paula sold us this property 4 years prior to us selling it. She was a pleasure to deal with as a buyer and even more of a pleasure to deal with as the seller. Her team are in constant communication with you for the whole sales process. As we were interstate her and her team helped get the property ready for sale and it was a very smooth process. If you are selling a property in Norman Park or anywhere for that matter Team PP will ensure a great out come and enjoyable experience along the way. I look forward to many more purchases and sales with team PP in the future. I strongly recommend them for your sales and buying needs. Steve and Ruth Macklin
