From the moment Brenton was engaged he was extremely proactive in developing a successful strategy to sell our property. Being an out of ordinary type property with a very particular buyer in sight, Brenton bought his A-game as he always does in the past. His communication is to be commendable and he is always extremely approachable throughout the entire process. With this property he was able to bring a result which nudged new price ground for the area and type of property. Brenton's results speak for themselves, but it is the added bonuses you get that some agents just don't have. Timely communication, transparency and integrity are his greatest assets. Moreover, he has never down sold a property while we have used him to sell properties merely to get a result, as he always go for the result that the property warrants even if it takes a little more time.

This is the second house we have sold with Darcy and the Place team and again we have not been disappointed. Brenton is the best agent I have ever used to sell my house. As a person who buys and sells frequently I need an agent who is real and not fake. Brenton is a straight shooter from beginning to end who just gets the job done. He is an excellent communicator who actually calls you frequently on the phone to keep you updated on the progress of the sale. Brenton is down to earth and has a great sense of humour that makes you feel comfortable through the whole process. Brenton is a doer who proactively seeks buyers out rather than waiting for buyers to drop into his lap. I cannot recommend him enough and I will certainly be using him for my next sale.
