Tammy was an absolute pleasure to work with. Everything Tammy said she would do, she did. Nothing was ever to much , she answered all our phone calls, emails and text messages promptly . We trusted her with our biggest investment , and she delivered the goods. We would recommend her to anyone wanting an honest, hard working agent

Clearly the Queen B of Norman Park Real Estate, Paula was to the point and we were under off 48h after first seeing the place. Since then she has continued to stay in touch and be helpful as questions have arisen. Thoroughly recommend

I've used Paula twice in the last six months to sell property and both times she sold within the first week for a price over my expectations. I find Paula honest, reliable and straight to the point which is exactly what you want in a real estate agent.

I dealt with Paula whilst purchasing an investment property in Bulimba. After being through this process several times on other properties I found Paula's manner to be a breath of fresh air. She was honest, helpful and got the deal done. I found Paula and her team to be very professional, and would not hesitate to recommend.

We are over the moon with Tammy and the results she achieved for our property in just two weeks she had a contract! I had an instinct that Tammy would sell our property from the outset, she is motivated, knows the market and just built confidence in me that she would sell our property. (Our property was listed with another agent for over four months with two unrealistic offers) She goes above and beyond, she even climbed into our roof with the buyer to take a photo of the roof trusses!!!! I cannot recommend Tammy more highly and she is an absolute asset to Place at Bulimia.

A process that can be daunting and stressful was made into a very smooth, professional journey with a great result. Buyer and seller alike are treated with respect and consideration. Good communication and advice was available throughout the whole marketing campaign. Damien and Sarah have sold our last 3 homes, they have many years of valuable experience. Thank you for a job well done!

I Found Sarah and Damien a pleasure to work with. They were professional at all times in their approach. This is our second sale that we have been involved with in the last seven years, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or sell their home.

Cathy has been great to work with during the purchase of our new home. When we were the only bidders at the auction we never felt pressured to place a bid and Cathy left us to make our decisions. She wasn't over bearing, pushy or in your face like other agents can be. Cathy has a genuine nature that made the purchase of our home enjoyable like it should be.
