Hi Chris, apologies for taking so long to complete this review. Thank you for the job you did on 25 Newman. Your strengths included being responsive, professional and flexible. In particular, I was impressed with how well you were able to manage given the challenging vendor situation. In retrospect, I wouldn't choose the in-rooms auction for selling a premium property again, and I believe we got the price we got by virtue of some bidding activity from one key party. I'm not sure whether we would have got the same result otherwise, as in the end, there were only two real bidders, which was disappointing given the volumes we had at open homes and expressed interest. Overall though, a good result, so thank you again.

The sale of my property was above what I expected based on current market information in the same location for a similar property. A little prompting from Joanna enabled the property to be presented in the best possible manner. The sale was negotiated prior to auction, above what would have been a realistic reserve. Very happy with the outcome as the sale went quite smoothly. Thanks.

Meagan did a great job in selling two of our properties in Brisbane. She managed the campaigns extremely well with good communication on progress and how the market was performing. Meagan worked hard on finding the right potential buyers and drove the sales process for our benefit until we had obtained a good outcome. We were very pleased with the results.

we found Shane to be a person of great integrity and sincerity both to us the sellers , and also to the buyers , making the whole exercise a congenial and smooth one . Shane is a person who has a relaxing attitude that also includes a great deal of knowledge and expertise. We have now sold 2 houses thru Shane and also purchased one over the past few years and have recommended him to others who have had very satisfactory outcomes. Cannot speak highly enough of his ability to get the job done and done quickly.

Paula was the perfect agent. Paula took all the guess work out of selling our home, always having a comprehensive rationale for her decisions which ultimately replaces stress, with a sense of calmness. And guess what - the outcome was almost exactly as her initial pitch and rationale. We would recommend the Paula Pearce Team to every seller!
