Joanna was easy to deal with and responsive during negotiations. I was disappointed that she had advised the vendors that they could take curtains that were in place at the time of sale and replace them with inferior ones - doing so is a breach of contract on the part of the vendors, which a real estate agent would certainly know. That issue aside I found Joanna very pleasant to deal with, and good to negotiate with. She was upfront and timely with communications. I would certainly consider using her myself if I were selling.
