In the end we were happy with the sale price of our house. Just felt that Shane could have negotiated a bit more with potential buyers. Also I was a little disappointed that when the house was sold at auction that was it! Place had their money, that's what it felt like. The extra service touch would have made a world of difference , maybe a bottle of champagne or something......it doesn't take much.
