Simple but excellent

Joanna Lives Up to her Reputation
Working with Joanna has been an terriffic experience. We chose her above many other agents due to the quality of her testimonials, especially in relation to selling a tenanted property. Joanna’s professionalism shone. She is an effective and thorough communicator throughout the sales process, and was both pleasant and respectful to the tenants and property managing agent. Her knowledge and clear thinking helped us negotiate the minor difficulties that arose during the settlement process. We are very pleased with the result, and have listed another property for sale with Joanna. Our property manager also praised Joanna, saying that it is rare to deal with a selling agent who works with such a cooperative and professional approach. “Good choice,” were her words.

A great result for her client
Joanna Gianniotis was the agent who acted for the Seller when I recently purchased a property at Morningside. She represented her Seller well. She was very responsive to all email and phone communications from me as a potential buyer, and happily accommodated each of my numerous requests for access to the property for building inspections, surveys and the like. She was easy and pleasant to deal with, and seemed open and honest in all of our dealings. Ultimately she secured from me (and, I understand, at least one other potential buyer) an offer at a price significantly higher than my bank valued the property - a great result for her client, but also a result that I was comfortable with.
