We were totally satisfied with the personalised service by Damian and Shane. Their attention was impeccable. The only negative comment would be that the market they targeted was people who wanted modern interiors e.g. built ins and ensuites which we didnt have. That would have provided a very narrow market. However, we were satisfied with the final outcome. Many many thanks.

My husband and I were "thinking" of selling and would regularly see Shane at open houses whilst we were out 'testing the market'. He was always impeccably dressed and remembered us from previous open homes. We often quizzed him on sales tips and he was always generous with his time and happy to help. In a sense he was our "agent" before he became OUR AGENT. We were essentially getting an idea of how he would represent our home and us as Sellers if we listed with Shane. The listing process was easy and our auction campaign commenced with nearly 60 people at our first open home. Our house sold in 6 days and the settlement process was seamless. In the end we were happy with the sale price of our house. Just felt that Shane could have negotiated a bit more with potential buyers. Also I was a little disappointed that when the house was sold at auction that was it! Place had their money, that's what it felt like. The extra service touch would have made a world of difference , maybe a bottle of champagne or something......it doesn't take much.

Shane is a great agent everything was explained with no details left unturned we were always updated after Inspections nothing was too much trouble from him organising Rental Furniture and available when ever there were any queries.
