Kasey as part of Carla Hadden's team at Place did an excellent job in selling my apartment in Bulimba. It was challenging trying to sell with existing tenants not presenting the apartment well. Kasey, as part of the team, came up with a strategy to help the existing tenants find new accommodation so that my apartment could be styled and presented well which made a significant difference to the purchase price obtained.
