I first met Alex in April 2022 and wanted to list the property for sale then. Due to my personal circumstances, I wasn't able to get the property on the market in April 2022. Throughout the next 7-8 months I kept in contact with Alex whom provided me with the necessary information required to finally get the property listed in November 2022. After only about 2 weeks, the property received an offer which converted to a sale in early December 2022. I was overseas during this period and Alex was so helpful in organising the marketing, home styling and kept me in the loop through What's App. She was there every step of the way and at no time did Alex pressure me with any aspect of the sale process. If you are a genuine seller and open to accepting what the market is willing to pay, then Alex will be the right agent for you. She is not one to undervalue or over value the property. In the very competitive real estate environment in early 2022, I was looking for a unit in the New Farm or Teneriffe area. It had to fulfil two roles. Initially as an investment unit, but one in which I could happily live if I return permanently to the area in the future. Aaron's intimate knowledge of the area was invaluable to me. He understood my requirements and he didn't waste my time on properties that didn't meet my needs. There were a few keen buyers in the end and I believe he dealt ethically with all parties; I couldn't be happier.
