This is the second time I have dealt with Aaron. I bought the property from him and he sold the block of units for all of us. Both times were quick and easy with no problems. Having known Aaron for ten years both as a buyer and seller, I have found him to have an unrivalled understanding of market trends and a wonderful willingness to work above and beyond for every client. Working to sell our unit this year was a challenge, as it involved several difficult issues beyond our control. His calm and professional demeanour ensured that our tenants were not inconvenienced and we, as sellers, were constantly updated. Open houses were well attended and the advertising organised by Aaron and his team ensured that our unit was shown to the best advantage. Every query was promptly answered with humour and enthusiasm.
