Both Dane and Ryan were excellent to deal with, prompt, friendly and gave the sale 100%. Ryan especially, would answer questions and text messages late at night or on weekends, which I feel is well above and beyond duty. Everything I asked for was done immediately without any fuss. The only thing that wasnt brilliant were the recommended building inspectors. Both my place and my brothers (who bought through PRD at the same time) had extremely vague reports, not picking up leaking pipes/rotted architraves/ cracked brickwork/an entire house of drummy tiles. I will be getting my own next time. Needless to say again, Ryan and Dane were fantastic agents and have since become friends. I will happily recommend them to anyone, and will definitely buy through them again on the next house. Thanks guys!
