My husband and I went away for the weekend at Port Stephens, it was a very wet and windy day so we decided to look at some open homes, as had considered maybe buying a property at this location. Due to the weather it seemed that most if not all open homes for that day had been cancelled. We still had a drive around to check out the area and stumbled across an open house in Fingal Bay where PRD was the acting agent. The agent at the house was "Ryan Hards" who was very welcoming and said we could come in as long as we take our shoes off, which of course we were happy to do. We all had a bit of a laugh about the dreadful weather and that he seemed to be the only agent working today. Ryan showed us around the house and was very informative about the area and house prices etc. This house was not for us and said that we were only looking however Ryan was quick to give us a list of all his open homes, we went to everyone but none were for us. Ryan was quick to give us address of other properties so we could drive by which we did. We liked one and asked if we could look inside, Ryan made and appointment for us almost straight away to look inside, we both loved it, Ryan suggested if you like it you will not get another like this! Hence we brought it. I would highly recommend Ryan Hards as an agent, had he not been so accommodating, friendly and helpful we would not have bought our lovely little house that weekend. I first met Dane 5 years ago when we purchased a property in Ash St Soldiers Point and i found Dane to be just one of those good guys .In 2014 i sold my business in Dubbo and we decided to move to Port Stephens and we looked for a house for ourselves as the Ash St house was rented ,once again we went to Dane and he found us the perfect home when the Ash St home became vacant we decided to sell and once again we went to Dane and once again he did his job well selling it in a short time. He puts in long hours and thats how he sells 100 plus homes per year and deserves any pats on the back he gets. I am happy to call him a friend.
