Once we explained what type of property we were after and also our budget restraints Dane did not waste our time looking at homes that did not suit. We met Dane on Thursday and he showed us 4 properties that were within our guidelines. He suggested that we would really like the property that we purchased and he was spot on. The deal was completed the following day with no fuss. Dane has obviously got a good grasp of his vendors & purchasers expectations/needs and has a thorough knowledge of the market in Pt. Stephens. We were very impressed by Danes professionalism and honesty whilst selling our house. The level of communication was exceptional and feed back after each open house and inspection was always given quickly and honestly. Selling a house is stressful enough however Dane made it easy, and we sold after 3 weeks on the market. We couldn't ask for more.
