The team has been delightful to work with in purchasing this property, so I can only imagine the level of service given to the vendor! Dane was excellent - he was attentive, and very helpful in facilitating our property selection and then negotiation and purchase across a Christmas period. He listened well and really helped us find suitable property, and was able to advise us well on options and comparable property price ranges through his previous work in the area. He pointed us to a conveyancer who could assist our purchase over Christmas/New year (they were also excellent), building and pest inspection agency, and followed through to help with resolving some minor issues after we moved in. We thoroughly recommend Dane and would readily use his services again.
