Kevin was wonderful throughout the entire process. I was interstate, so often had to call across timezones, but Kevin was consistently obliging, helpful, and thoughtful throughout (down to helping out with some timely plumbing advice after settlement). Highly recommend!

Very Professional
Kevin was very knowledgeable and professional from the beginning right through to the sale of the house. At our first meeting Kevin took us through step by step the process of selling the property as it was our first time. He was always available and happy to answer any questions we had. The house was on the market for fours days and had one open home. The house sold within that time frame for well above the asking price. We can highly recommend Kevin.
