Very easy communicator
Kevin was great to work with. He was always prompt with returning phone calls and messages. Nothing was ever an issue and the whole experience was very straight forward. What we were told and shown, was what we received. Very happy clients.

Couldn't be happier!
To say that we were satisfied with Kevin’s conduct of the sale of Gwen’s property in Otago would be a gross understatement. Gwen (my mum) told me that she and Kevin immediately ‘clicked’ during their initial consultation, and agreed to allow PRDnationwide to handle the sale. Kevin clearly explained the marketing approach he felt would be best for Gwen’s property, and it was quickly agreed to. The eventual sale was completed in short order, at a very good price, and with a minimum of fuss. Kevin was very supportive of Gwen during the whole process, and went above-and-beyond on many occasions. He even assisted her during her move to a retirement village! Kevin consistently exhibited a kind and professional approach during the whole process, and we would highly recommend his services to any prospective vendors.

Fantastic Agent
Kevin was most helpful and understanding of our situation of selling our Mother's Estate. There were a few hiccups with the first buyer but Kevin fought on for us finding another buyer very quickly. Kevin will do the best he can to find or sell your property, he is very dedicated to his work.

Kevin was wonderful from day 1. He explained exactly everything we needed to do, set a price, and off he went. 4 days and he had an offer over the asking, brilliant. Fantastic Agent
Tims' knowledge of the local area and his negotiation skills are excellent. Our house was advertised on the Thursday afternoon and it sold two days later on the Saturday. The price was exactly what we wanted. Tim has great people skills and nothing is too much trouble. Tim kept in contact with us over this period giving us constant updates and feedback. Excellent Sales Consultant
What a privledge my mum Francee Korotki has had knowing Kevin as her sales consultant in selling her home she has had an extraodinary ride with him sometimes we think of sales consultants as just as a seller and not looking after their clients and it does happen but we found Kevin just the opposite he has gone above and beyond the tasks he had to accomplish. PRD Nationwide Hobart should be so proud of this man and he is a viable asset to this company and certainly needs the recognition that this individual deserves.
