We approached Andrew to sell our Westerway house because he had sold our previous house in Fentonbury in 2015. We are pleased that Andrew sold Westerway quickly at the second attempt (from two years earlier). We had to push for a higher advertised asking price though, Andrew seemed to think the market had not changed in our favour.
