We approached Andrew to sell our Westerway house because he had sold our previous house in Fentonbury in 2015. We are pleased that Andrew sold Westerway quickly at the second attempt (from two years earlier). We had to push for a higher advertised asking price though, Andrew seemed to think the market had not changed in our favour. Our stance was justified when we received a cash offer well above what he was thinking it was worth. This is why I have given him only 4 stars for market knowledge and negotiation. Andrew was very good with communicating and he is an experienced agent.

When I first approached Andrew over a year ago, I was very impressed by his local knowledge and valuable advices. That won me over. After I engaged Andrew to put up my land for sale, I was slightly disappointed by the complete lack of communications. I haven't heard from him for some 6 months until he informed me by email about a potential buyer. I would expect more inputs from him during the negotiation phase.
