Kevin listed my house the week before Christmas and It was sold the day after Boxing day. Kevin worked extremally hard during the festive season to secure the sale. At times, dealing with an overseas buyer, I was unsure on how things would go but Kevin was always there to reassure me that all was going to plan. He went above and beyond and assisted me in rectifing a council problem to complete the sale. Even provided a builder to get the job done for the new purchaser. I have now listed a 2nd property for sale with Kevin and would not hesitate reccomending any one to use his services. A Trustworthy Professional.
