Awesome agent
We got to know Peter from listing my blocks at Dromedary. Peter came across as being dedicated friendly and down to earth. Peter kept my sister and I in the loop with every detail as it happened with the listing of our mums property, we knew what was happening with phone calls and messages. We would recommend Peter to anyone wishing to sell their property.

Great Agent-Recommended
All through the process of selling the property after the renovation, Kevin has been professional, informative and supportive. He was true to his word and was consistent in keeping us up to date. There was a number of times that he went above and beyond our expectations which was a comforting and supportive action considering our previous horrendous experience with PRD prior to our engagement of Kevin. The property is now sold and finalised, Kerri and myself would like to thank Kevin on his tireless effort to get the job done even up to the problem with electricity on settlement day.

VERY COMPETENT AGENT

Obliging & informative agent.
In April 2017 we had the pleasure of having Kevin Spaulding as our agent when purchasing our house. He was very welcoming & communicative..... he made us feel at ease. Full of potential
Communications with Kevin was friendly and professional. Kevin is very contactable on various mediums and he replies promptly to messages. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a gift each at the end handing over of the keys. We didn't really have time to pick them up at settlement , so Kevin offered to bring them to us himself.
