VERY COMPETENT AGENT
I have worked with Kevin before, I like his professionalism and polite manner, and did not hesitate to list my property with him. Kevin made the entire process of listing and selling seamless and easy, in-fact he sold my house in 3 days. Nobody could ask for a better result than that. Excellent negotiation skills, forthright and transparent communication throughout the entire course of the listing and selling process. I cannot recommend him more highly, I fully intend to list another property with him in the very near future. Thank you Kevin it is a pleasure to work with a professional and a true gentleman.

Obliging & informative agent.
In April 2017 we had the pleasure of having Kevin Spaulding as our agent when purchasing our house. He was very welcoming & communicative..... he made us feel at ease. He was very informative regarding the house we were purchasing & up-to-date on any issues with the house. Nothing was too much trouble for Kevin..& on a couple of occasions he willing went out of his way to accommodate our needs. He made the experience of purchasing our house in Tasmania very enjoyable.

Full of potential
Communications with Kevin was friendly and professional. Kevin is very contactable on various mediums and he replies promptly to messages. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a gift each at the end handing over of the keys. We didn't really have time to pick them up at settlement , so Kevin offered to bring them to us himself. A good agent who should do well in the 'Real Estate Industry'
To whom it may concern Our decision to sell our house in Bagdad Tasmania was made nearly two years ago when the housing market in Tasmania was relatively quiet. We always knew that it would be difficult to get a quick sale in a rural area like Bagdad due to its distance from the Capital Hobart. Kevin became our agent in the last eight months or so and we have found him to be enthusiastic and interested in selling this property. He was always courteous and friendly and promptly gave feedback on prospective buyers after viewings. We believe that he will be an asset to his agency and should do well in the ‘Real Estate Industry’.

I had difficulty connecting to PRD Nationwide on the NW Coast but once back in Hobart Kevin had followed through messages and made contact with me; I chose Kevin from 2 other RE agents as immediately he made us feel very comfortable, he listened was never overpowering with advice but had most of the answers we were seeking; he exudes confidence and a sheer love of helping people within the industry; he used initiative almost immediately upon listing by liaising with a current purchaser who was looking for something different and led her to view our home which she contracted on the first viewing. We settle in 2 weeks;

Our house effectively sold in three days, what more needs to be said?
We purchased a property through Kevin and were so impressed with his approach, his communication skills and integrity, that we had no hesitation in contracting him to sell our house for us. We accepted his advice on pricing and marketing, and our house was effectively sold in three days. We were somewhat stunned, and overjoyed.
