We have a rental property in Maroubra, we wanted to support a local business as we had an out of area agent managing it and were not performing. Big props to Guy and Daniel at PRD Perez Real Estate! They made the whole property management thing hassle free for me. Even though I was in the UK with a big time zone difference, they kept me updated without me needing to chase them for info. I always knew when inspections were happening and got quick feedback on how they went, which was a huge relief. The photos were great, and they setup the ad pretty fast and eventually helped us find a tenant in a short time. Would definitely recommend them if you’re after a hassle-free experience!
