Super helpful and timely with feedback
Our experience with Andrew Seers when selling our property was fantastic. Andrew clearly outlined all of the steps involved in getting our house ready to sell, and his feedback assisted us in choosing how to advertise and approach the sale of our house. Andrew was very timely with his feedback on house inspections and what potential buyers had to say, and followed up those who showed interest. It was a stress-free process and expertly managed by Andrew all the way.

Who would you call?
When we first found out that my wife was the Executor of her deceased sister’s estate, it was met with we did not know about this, and, then who will sell the property in Murtoa Victoria when we live in Brisbane Queensland? An internet search of agents 2000 kilometres away gave us an Andrew Seers of Ray White Horsham. When we visited Murtoa, Andrew met us at the property and as we walked around he gave us a good idea of the property’s worth on the market and items that needed attention. When we returned to Brisbane we decided that Andrew should be ‘our man’ to market and sell the vacant property. Over the next four months Andrew became our eyes and ears with emails flying backwards and forwards. In essence his knowledge of what to do next and, what resources were needed to bring the property up to scratch were in our estimation something we could not have done from this distance unless we spent lots of dollars visiting the property. The property went on the market on a Friday and a week later we were looking at several offers to buy. Andrew advised us of the veracity of the offers and our decision to accept an offer was greeted by ‘you have chosen wisely’. We can say without doubt that Andrew’s skills in selling closed a chapter of our family’s life. If you are considering buying or selling a property in Horsham and District we would recommend Andrew and the staff of Ray White Horsham.

Professional Friendly Agent with Invaluable local knowledge.
From my first inquiry about a property advertised online with Andrew to my purchase of land I have found him to be extremely professional to deal with. Andrew listened and understood the type of properties I was looking for and within a short time frame he had responded with a exactly what I required. His local knowledge was invaluable. He has been very helpful in all aspects of the purchase, particularly as I was new to Victoria and the different purchasing laws. Contracts, replies to my emails and communication with the vendors were carried out very promptly, thoroughly and efficiently. Also he was unexpectedly available out of hours if necessary. Andrew was helpful in finding local trades people to help in my preparation for purchase and went that extra mile to provide all kinds of information for me as I was located 3.5 hours away.
