When we first found out that my wife was the Executor of her deceased sister’s estate, it was met with we did not know about this, and, then who will sell the property in Murtoa Victoria when we live in Brisbane Queensland? An internet search of agents 2000 kilometres away gave us an Andrew Seers of Ray White Horsham. When we visited Murtoa, Andrew met us at the property and as we walked around he gave us a good idea of the property’s worth on the market and items that needed attention. When we returned to Brisbane we decided that Andrew should be ‘our man’ to market and sell the vacant property. Over the next four months Andrew became our eyes and ears with emails flying backwards and forwards. In essence his knowledge of what to do next and, what resources were needed to bring the property up to scratch were in our estimation something we could not have done from this distance unless we spent lots of dollars visiting the property.
