Easy to work with!
Andrew did a great job handling our property during the sale process. Having never sold before, he explained every step of the way and was flexible and considerate managing our opens around a busy family. Can’t thank Andrew enough for managing the multiple interested parties and securing us a sale for asking price!

Good communication & does the hard yards for you
I've been dealing with Andrew for a number of years buying and selling several investment properties in his area, and found him to be a good communicator, who knows the market and persists until the sale is complete.

Top Notch Agent
Andrew Seers is a fantastic estate agent. He is extremely professional, yet very approachable. I've asked a lot of (probably) very dumb questions, but he has never made me feel like I'm wasting his time or being a nuisance. He is very prompt in replying to any question, and has offered lots of helpful advice throughout this transaction, and made me feel comfortable with the whole process. I feel very lucky that he is the Agent I'm dealing with in this purchase. Can thoroughly recommend.
