Great agent developing in a solid and successful agency!
Despite his young age Cody was knowledgeable regarding potential value of our house, marketing of it and the current state of the market when we were looking to sell. We were able to ask him questions about the preparation of our house for sale and our property was promoted through the agency as well as by Cody himself. It was clear that the agency works together in the marketing and sale of all their properties and that they have an extensive and constantly updated list of buyers looking for their ideal home. This worked perfectly for us with the first people to see it being the buyers. Highly recommend.
