Nice guy + Great Agent
Andrew is a very receptive and easy to deal with person which made purchasing the house a great experience. He had good knowledge and questions he did not know the answer to he found the answers quickly. The best part of our experience was how good the communication was both in person and over the phone when we needed to contact him. I would highly recommend him as an honest and upfront type of guy and I would definitely use him again.

Friendly, courteous and prompt with communication.
We enjoyed interacting with Andrew and always knew that he would be quick to respond to messages and provide any information that would help us with offers, decisions and liaison with conveyancing and banking reps. It made our first property purchase less difficult and confusing.

Nothing was ever an issue - always responded to questions immediately (even outside work hours). Always gave an honest outlook when questioned. Great agent!
Andrew was very lovely the entire way through our purchase process. He communicated with us well and promptly. The only thing I was disappointed in was that he did not tell us that we needed to get a pest and building inspection done - we were only informed of this when our solicitor had made contact with us. Luckily there was nothing major that affected our purchase, but in future, it would be nice to know these things given this was our first home and we really didn't have much knowledge as to what was to happen. Other than that, lovely agent and overall we are pleased with the service.

Great agent
Andrew was Great, helped answer any questions about our buy, even at odd times.
