Melissa Iacozza is our property manager and she has been nothing but exceptional. Melissa is very prompt with finding great tenants for our property. All communication is very effect and fast. Any maintenance is always brought to our attention as soon as possible meaning we can rectify anything for the tenants before it gets worse.
