Thankyou Professionals, Tracy for the great service managing our property over the last 8 years ! As we like keeping our property well maintained, we find and appreciate that whenever something needs attending to you, for example a repair for the tenant, it is raised to us quickly and work orders lodged, repairs all done nice and easy. We also find if the tenants do not ask for things to be repaired - they are noticed during inspections and raised to us too e.g early signs of water damage. Also in the past when re-advertising we liked that with the high volume of applicants we were called and consultated each day as applications came through allowing for a fair, informed and quick selection process

Just like to say I was very stressed looking for a rental as my landlord of 6 yrs was selling and I just lost my mum and my husband was in hospital.
