Melissa Iacozza is an excellent property manager. She was very responsive and helpful in the property inspection process. She is also very professional and provides an amazing service in tenant acquisition and maintenance. The sales agent of my recently bought properties also spoke highly of her. As an interstate investor, I have completely trust her to manage my properties and would definitely recommend her to other investors.

I met Rob almost a decade ago at some social activities, and discovered he was an agent. I was needing a property manager, so asked if he'd be willing and could help me out. Needless to say, I've been using him and their services ever since. He keeps me posted, communication is always professional and on point, the office support staff is responsive to my messages, and any issues that need resolving (eg, broken faucet, finding new tenants, managing inspections, etc) are taken care of for my peace of mind and hassle free experience. I would recommend them, and have actually referred two work colleagues and friends to them. I look forward to and plan to keep using them in the future with any other properties I acquire.
