Rob has been amazing from initial contact to enquire about renting out our home. Answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. Found a good tenant for our liking in very short period. Just waiting for the initial reports to see how the tenants are maintaining our property. Have no doubt Rob will address any issues promptly and appropriately. Highly recommended

I went to view a property that was not really what I wanted but was needing a house urgently so was considering taking it. The agent understood my dilemma and pointed out how this property was not suitable for me but she had another one that she felt would be more appropriate for me and how right she was. Now moved in to the other property and more than happy. Tracy had enough knowledge of real estate and of people to know which property was best for me

My partner Taj & I have never had an unpleasant communication with anyone at Professionals Canningvale/Thornlie, from receptionists, to our lovely agent Tracey, everyone has been friendly, transparent & reliable throughout our process of finding & moving into a new rental. They conducted thorough, but easy to complete reference checks, provided us with an accurate & complete Property Condition Report, and did all they could to ensure our move in date was as seamless as possible. Thank you again to Professionals Thornlie for providing us a gorgeous home, with a great line of communication for any issues or queries we may have. A special thank you to Tracey & Sharni for all their assistance along the way. Amazing service all around!
