I emailed Ebony Sirr on the 09/05/2023 and still have not received a response. I emailed again in the 17/05/2023, and twice on the 19/05/2023. It is regarding a water bill that was due last Friday and I received a text message last night saying the bill is overdue. It is not hard to respond to an email, it should not take 2 weeks. I am not happy with this level of service, it is extremely rude.

We had a great experience with getting our property leased through Tayla and Ebony at Professionals in Forrestfield. Communication was excellent - as soon as i confirmed that the property was painted, photographers were booked for the following morning, listing on the internet the next day. With a viewing organised for a week time. I was emailed at each stage and kept updated. Viewing complete and I had an email with prospective tenants applications and I got the pick of the best fit. Great communication, efficient service and easy for myself who works away.
