As a buyer, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Glen and his wonderful team. I've known other agents from his team to also be similarly courteous and professional in their interactions with potential buyers. I think treating the buyers well creates a positive impression about the property, the seller and the overall transaction, motivating buyers to reciprocate and be equally cooperative in achieving a mutually beneficial outcome, not to mention a quick-timely settlement. Definitely will be providing Glen the right of first refusal to sell my house in the future, as he definitely did get his seller a good price :( hopefully next time that will be me :)
