James Keelan and the team at Property Central ticked all the boxes in every step of the process. We felt supported in what was important to us and inspired by their suggestions, professionalism and care. They followed through on everything discussed, worked within all the timelines outlined, brought a consistent energy to every conversation, meeting, email, house open and phone call. It is refreshing to see and experience this kind of service, honesty and thoroughness. Every promise was delivered and a record sale price for our area was achieved. Jodie was very professional and easy to work with. She supported both the vendors and our wants for quick settlement and navigated the COVID situation and negotiations well. Always happy to chat and share information to support first home buyers

James is an enthusiastic agent who really cares about his clients, Always kind, knowledgeable and transparent.James sold our property in the Central Coast, it was a challenging one due to the property condition and lockdown, he was working super quickly, brought a lot of potential buyers to see the property, kept me updated on any step and had great advice all along the way.I really feel that James was doing what I wanted - Finding the right buyer, getting the best possible price, and taking all the headache away from me. Would warmly recommend on him, Thanks James!

Liz was thorough in her price evaluation of my home, and in a very difficult selling environment was able to get as many people as possible to inspect my property, knowing who was, and engaging with the client who would be the ultimate buyer -there is a reason for her being the highest selling agent in the Wyoming region and that is her dedication to achieving the best outcome for the vendor and purchaser.

Liz made everything about selling our property easy, even when the state went into lock down just days before we put it on the market. She kept things moving, kept us reassured throughout the process, and secured a price within 3 days of being listed that means the next property we purchase can be walk-in ready. Because of Liz's hard work, dedication, suburb knowledge and reputation within the community, our family will be set for the future, with more time to spend together, rather than undertaking renovations. Thank you Liz!

Jodie is a great communicator and always kept us up to date. She fought to the end to get us the best price possible. Would recommend anytime.

When compared to other salesman who in particular attempted to sell my previous property. No comparison. Brian is well recommended. Other salesmen who are fortunate to be selling properties during a hot market just wait for things to happen and some should tend to their cattle rather than running a would be office. Others showed no follow -ups and in one occasion, involved me with the buyer and in this particular circumstance, I convinced the buyer to buy my property while the agency got all the commission and when sold, not even a congratulations, Just the remaining proceeds send back to my account and never heard from them again.
