Ben was sure we would sell for a good price as he already had people on his books that were keen, After signing the agreement, he then asked permission to show a client through the very next day.An offer and another were put to us which we agreed on, and with the help from Ben and his professionalism we decided to take the last offer from that client. And agreed on a long settlement. We still hadn’t gone on the market. And we had sold for a price we were all happy with.
