We had a smooth & positive buying outcome with Jodie. After a lengthy property search we had a delightful experience from our first inspection to exchange. Her prompt follow up, property & area knowledge guided us into making the right decisions each step of the way. A transparent and honest selling agent.

Chantel was an absolute pleasure to meet. Chantel's energy and professional guidance throughout the process of selling our home was above and beyond and she somehow made a normally stressful time feel seamless and stress free. We cannot thank Chantel enough for making this a pleasant experience.

Jodie did an excellent job of selling a property for me in 2019, so when selling again in 2012, Jodie had lost non of her touch and knowledge to market and sell a property. Thanks Jodie for another excellent job

It’s clear why Liz is dubbed the ‘The Queen of Wyoming’. Liz is professional yet personable. Dedicated, devoted and an excellent negotiator. She gave us clear, no-nonsense advice from start to finish and her knowledge of the area meant a fantastic result for us. Thanks Liz!

Len and Chantel made purchasing our property feel easy. Nothing was too much of a bother and they were genuinely excited about showing us the home and welcoming us to the Central Coast. I would highly recommend Len for any buyer or vendor!

We came across Liz in our search for a new home somewhere north of Sydney around the Central Coast. She was managing the sale of a property that caught our eye. While the property itself did not meet all our needs, Liz followed up with us on a number of other opportunities in the region, the very first of which proved in the end to be the one. Liz was able to tune into our needs with alacrity and effectiveness. Any of the range we viewed with her would have done, but that first choice was it.

I bought a property from Chantel. She is professional and make my feel comfortable during the price offers. We just took 4 days to inspect the property, make offers and sign the contract. Really Appreciate Chantel’s professional help.

Knowledge of the market, target buyer and positioning was bang on, she also helped us with slight cheap tweaks to make the home even more saleable, the house sold for overs after the first open house! Her consultative process is 1st class, highly recommended!
