Bitterly Disappointed
Bitterly disappointed with the Agent regarding the purchase of this property. It seems apparent based on this experience that the Vendor and the Agent are the most crucial part of the sale process with the Buyer just a means to end to ensure the Sold Sign is placed on the front of the property, with no regard for the buyers interests or needs.

Friendly and professional and made the whole process a lot easier
As a first home buyer and not sure of the process of buying a house Brian helped me through the whole process from start to finish. He eased any concerns I had straight away and went above and beyond to make sure the whole process went smoothly. I cant recommend Brian enough!!

Positive experience
Found Dealing with James during our purchase of a property in Springfield hassle free,James was always obliging in answering our questions and requests regarding inspection of the property,found him knowledgeable,with great communication skills.James has a large knowledge of the property scene in the central coast,I found him genuinely interested in us as customers,and would not hesitate to recommend Dealing with James whether buying or selling your home.

I just about gave up
I just about gave up. Kept putting in offers for the agent to call me back saying they have a higher offer and do I want to increase my purchase offer. They were using my offer as the reference point for other prospective buyers instead of going to the vendor and submitting my offer. I met Brian who was showing me thru a house at Lisarow. It was a Friday and he had an open home the following day. We liked the home when Brian asked if we wanted to put in an offer my wife said no way because of our experience with other agents. We new about the open home the next day as everyone knows my offer would have been there starting point for interested buyers on the Saturday. When I explained this to Brian he assured me that is not the way he works and he would contact the vendor immediately with my offer. I was hesitant but advised Brian what I would pay within 5 minutes of leaving Brian called me and advised the vendors accepted. He cancelled the open home the next day. Finally an agent that thinks about the vendor and purchaser and not his back pocket. The only agent I will ever use for my purchases.

Very Personable, Easy to work with.
Len listed our property at Avoca Beach, NSW. He was very good at listening to what my husband and I wanted and was great at offering advice on what the market is currently doing and what buyers were looking for. One open home and 24hrs later we were in contract, at asking price. He is an excellent agent with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!
